wells fargo has my mortgage. they provide a web page to enter the relevant info. then they say they can't let me enroll on their system-NO REASON GIVEN-but call this number. call the number. the usual-hold music, 10 minute wait-literally they estimated the wait as 9mins 45sec. I'm going to sit there listening to their -BADWORD- music for 10 minutes, just to be told what? call back on monday? who knows. did not stick around to find out. plus they insult your intelligence with the baloney "higher call volume than usual". It's ALWAYS a higher call volume "than usual," meaning it's NEVER a higher call volume than usual. they just prefer not to hire sufficient staff. F them

I had a negative $6 in my account that I found out about 2days after all my transactions posted. That greedy bank charged me an overdraft fee of $35, and told me they couldn't do anything about it. I asked for a manager, and they refused to talk to me because I said that was stealing!!!! What can I do from here.

I received a check from Wells Fargo in the amount of a little over $800.00 in 2017. I happened across the check a couple of months ago while doing my winter organizing. I took the check to the nearest WF and a rep called the administrative office. We were both told to that all I had to do was make a copy of the check and send it to WF. I was given the address by the admin office and told to simply write that I am requesting that the check be reissued. I did everything I was told to do. 2 weeks later I hear nothing. So I call to inquire. WF then sends a letter saying they are investigating the check (that they sent). 2 weeks later, NOTHING! I called back and then get a person on the phone who tried to talk to me as if a was stupid, telling me that the money was placed in escrow and because my escrow was short $12.00 at some point and $206. at one point, they had to use the money for that. Mind you, my escrow was over more than $800.00, which was sent to my in a check. Even if I was short at some point $218.00, how does that come to $800.00. Also, I'm constantly paying into Escrow mind you so how short can it actually be. What pissed me off is the rep trying to make me think that 200 dollars equal 800 dollars. That pissed me off because I'm not stupid and I can count. Not only that, but while I'm talking to her about my money, she thinks that's the time to ask me about refinancing. I had considered it before this incident,and had even talked to someone at FW about it. However, after talking to that chick, I wouldn't let WF refinance a dog house for me. If a multi-million dollar company like WF will try to beat someone out of a small amount of $800.00,I can imagine what I would lose in a refinancing situation. True to their nature, I got a worksheet on refinancing and Joseph left all kind of information off. He even had my interest rate slotted for only 10 years instead of for the life of my loan. Yep Wells Fargo is very JANKIE. Do not trust them.

I was a former Wells Fargo Financial employee and was lucky enough to bail prior to all the account scandal. Now I'm trying to get my W-2 benefit payment information and pay vouchers. I have been after them for months for this information. I have called over a dozen times usually waiting for half an hour or more. Each time I am promised the information and each time they fail to ever get me the information or respond. I have had it with this failed organization!

I tried to get a form 1099 int for taxes. No one would wait on me and my wife exept a latino that I believe was -BADWORD- and made my skin crawl. He continued to tell us to wait for a banker to become available. We gave it 30 minutes and had to leave. We have other things to do and do not live for there convienance. Others were coming and going around us. What really pisses me off is that no one would take 2 minutes to print out a form. Not even the the creepy -BADWORD- latino.

Wells Fargo is the Worst. Charged me $105 vdollars in overdraft fees when my account had a positive balance of 530 dollars. Then I had another wells fargo account that got hacked. I tried to close it but because there were pending charges they wouldn't. By the time that got cleared up I owed around $1900. They refused to waive fees even though I was hacked. I had to make a payment agreement to pay the other acoount off. I just logged in...They took 1300 from me with out warning or anything. When My husband called they said we didn't honor our payment agreement. He told them that we just assumed they would take it out. They said they couldn't just take money from our account with out our permission. Ummmm then how they hell are you allowed to just take 1300?? I gave no one permission. They said because its a banking transaction??? WTF?????
