I reported my checkbook stolen and fraud checks on 9/12 to WF and it took them until today, 11-17 to close the account. They kept letting fraudulent checks flow through my account and made me file claim after claim after claim. I think WF intentionally defrauded me and only they benefited from these checks. I only had 416 in the account but they let over 5,000 pass through under my name and SSN. Kept telling me do not worry we will refund the money but the money was refunded to WF - This is some slick -BADWORD-!!!! Abusive and I plan to file a complaint with the Justice Department

I used to work there. Horrible suffocating environment. Was forced to submit phony forecasts. Was called a pu$$y for standing up for company policy by a slimy manager. Awful place. Never trust them.

Wells Fargo's greed caused it to steal from the United States of America's economy. The full details have been given to both the Federal Reserve Board & FBI.

Wells Fargo told on itself in both it's words & actions. Wells Fargo did this in the public eye. The internet has a record of it all.

Looks like Wells Fargo has discovered my insurance scam. So, I won't be able to continue my tirades anymore.

I had two commercial loans with WF that were nearing maturity. My efforts to re-finance were in my opinion artificially (and strategically) stalled out by WF until the 11th hour. As time was running out WF tried to force me to take non-competitive interest rates (over 1 percent higher than the competition). I guess they they thought I would be out of time and options and would have to sign. I told them no thanks and started working with another bank. WF threatened to foreclose on my properties and also threatened to damage my credit. Their strategy didn't work. I borrowed the money from a friend and paid of the WF loans. Then I re-financed a month or so later with a legitimate bank (over 1 percent lower). The takeaway story is they have cultivated a life-long critic in me and I make sure I never miss an opportunity to show my appreciation. Today the karma gods provided a golden opportunity to return the favor (hopefully not my last). I was recently placed on the board of directors for a large commercial property with significant assets. Imagine how satisfying it was for me to be able to direct their substantial assets away from WF and to a far more legitimate bank, one that is both professional and ethical. With their numerous scandals and unprincipled conduct they made it easy for me. I guarantee this won't be my last opportunity... the karma gods never forget.

I sent a certified check via USPS Express to pay off my 401k loan and they received it the next day. I tracked it and saw that it was delivered and signed for. It is now 8 business days since my check was delivered and it still has not been processed. It’s those little like this that tells soo much about an organization. This is not due care by any stretch of the imagination.

Wells Fargo took my house after 5 yrs. of nightmare incompetence. To make a very long story short, I began by writing a hardship letter for a mortgage modification, b/c my mother had to be placed in a nursing home, and I had to self-pay, since she owned a home and wasn't entitled to Medicaid. My husband had broken his ankle and was temporarily on disability. After hearing nothing from them, I called this woman who was assigned to my case, and she told me that I was rejected, b/c I had TOO MUCH hardship.
I got the distinct impression that she'd made this decision up, on the spot, and I received nothing in writing. Yet, WF would defend her decision for years.
We retained a lawyer, and by this time, the hardship was over, so we could afford a modification. We paid a retired mortgage banker to fill out a correctly-filed application for a modification. It was meticulous. We heard nothing.
After years of going back and forth, they said that they "lost" the application. In violation of Federal law, they quickly assigned me a "home retention specialist."
But, instead of filling out an application for a mod, she applied for a HARP loan for us, in the amount of $650,000, on a house that was worth $400,000 tops! They had added all sorts of fees on top of the loan.
Well, we actually almost qualified for this ridiculous loan amount, but it was turned down. My lawyer said, "Why would you want to pay so much for a house that isn't worth it?"
So, we paid the banker again, to submit another modification application. This time, he hand- delivered it.
Well, after 5 years of procrastinating, losing applications, assigning us at least 3 "Home Retention Specialists," and turning us down, they were appalled that we would still ask for a modification. They wrote a nasty letter saying that under no circumstances would they even read the application, and they took my house. I can't believe that they lost all my paperwork, ignored me, had no idea of what was going on, and ultimately, got angry with me and took my home due to their incompetence.

On 9/28/2018 I overheard my neighbor's discussing my financial information. Their daughter is a teller at the Wells Fargo's, Kiln Creek, branch in Yorktown, Virginia. I knew immediately that their daughter, Latisha, had accessed my account without my permission. I filed three complaints with Wells Fargo. The first with customer service, which was closed after two days. The second with my local branch in Grafton, VA, and the third with Wells Fargo home office. Finally my complaint was referred to Ethics and a investigation was completed. The end result was the employee being coached, and no other information could be provided due to the employee's privacy. What about my "Privacy", my financial information being given out. With all of the identity theft and fraud in today's world, what about the customer. The teller, Latisha, is still employed at the branch after her unethical behavior. I will be closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo literally took my money and -BADWORD- my own -BADWORD- with it. I might as well have been getting -BADWORD- in the -BADWORD- with all my hard earned money, by these -BADWORD- heads. They do nothing but steal, lie and cheat people out of hard earned money. Not to mention, they support the government in taking over land that was never theirs in the first place (North Dakota Pipeline)

All in all, I would like to personally thank the CEO of this shit farce for giving me the best sodomy I have ever received from a financial institution. From their -BADWORD- fees to their retarded interest rates.

I honestly hope anyone who ever considers working for or with these -BADWORD- mongering -BADWORD-s, to turn the other way. If you are an employee here, at Wells-BADWORD-yourAssgo, then please do us all a service and kill yourself, you spineless, manipulative hacks.

I have been robbed before, car jacked and yet none of that equates to the robbery done unto me by those whom I entrusted to protect my finances. -BADWORD- you, Wells Fargo, seriously, like please, whoever is in charge of your shit -BADWORD-, come fight me, please.

I want to beat the bloody shit out of you, just as you have done to me over the years. You are the biggest coward, you would never roll up on a hood rat with your Cadillacs, Porsches, Mercedes and BMWS you laundering skanks.

Please, fight me, please let me end your reign of sodomy and robbery among millions of naive individuals, whom you wrong every -BADWORD- day.

May the earth open wide and swallow you deep into Hell's fiery and rotting -BADWORD-, you mangy carcass -BADWORD-s.
