I have been dealing with Wells Fargo committing fraud against me for over a year and they are unwilling to stop. Wells Fargo has discriminated against me and messed-up my 800+ credit score. I have created a website WFfraud.com that tells about my ongoing plight with Wells Fargo. I can't refinance because Wells Fargo refuses to fix their mistakes. My interest rate will be at 5% in a few months because of Wells Fargo's fraudulent grip on my finances. Wells Fargo will not stop hurting me. FINRA Seeks Information From Fired Wells Fargo Reps

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority on Friday asked former employees of Wells Fargo to come forward if they believe the bank fired them for blowing the whistle on its sham customer accounts and used termination notices to further retaliate or hide its tracks.

Wells Fargo robbed all of my savings,and alleged an outstanding balance, i filed a claim, but i decided a legal lawsuit is extremely overwhelming, and i might lose money and affect my emotional health on the way. I closed my account and left that bank.

Taking care of my cousin in his home which I lived in for the past five years. He passed away in July 2016. I was left the home and found out he had a reverse mortgage, but the fees charged, etc went from $179K to $280K.

The title has been transferred to me. Spoke with Wells Fargo to see if I could pay something a month until I can get into senior housing, and/or adjust the fees so I could afford to refinance.

It's been no - no - no. Don't know what I am going to do. I am a senior citizen, with a daughter who has some disabilities. I would like to stay in this house. I also have a few health issues.

Im going to call Hud Housing couseling and see if they can do anything to help me. Wells Fargo is the worst people to deal with. I know so many people that have had problems with them.

Banked at same WF location for over 20 yrs. Put a $904.50 check in ATM and was not credited for that check for now 2 mo. and nearly 1 wk. Banker sent proof of check having been cashed with support paper work I provided. Was told that there would be an investigation and I would hear about the finding results in 2 wks. to a month. With more than a month passing, I got a letter telling me that their investigation was complete and if I did not have a copy of the check to them, the check would be invalidated. I was only given a few days to get this done. Sent out a fax and ground mail providing copies and support paperwork. I have heard not a thing from the big shot ATM person in N. Carolina. I did not even know that the original problem was caused by a ATM failure. I have be put on hold for long periods of time, treated with rudeness and got handed off to one person via the phone. As it stands now, WF has stollen the value of that check. Anyone have ideas on how to handle this situation ?

FINRA Fines Wells Fargo Units $1M Over Reports December 6, 2016

Two Wells Fargo subsidiaries have agreed in a settlement on Monday to pay $1 million to end the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s allegations that they failed to supervise their brokers’ use of a reporting system, which led to questions of whether financial reports were actually sent to consumers.

I have a small business, and thanks to Wells Fargo, the business stayed small. I had a line of credit from Wells Fargo for almost a decade. When the mortgage crash happened, they arbitrarily cut my credit line in half. No explanation. I didn't use it that much, and paid if off every month, so just filed it away as an annoyance. Now I use it more to cover advertising costs and subscriptions. If I'm a few days late, the automatically cut all my payments off -- all subscriptions, automatic advertising payments, OFF. Today they called to find out why I was late. Told them I had already paid. They offered me an automatic payment, which requires me filling out a piece of paper for their review. Seriously, paper??? Fortunately, most of my business banking is done with other banks. PNC does a superb job and actually seems to want my business and wants me to succeed. Wells Fargo: No. Hate them. I can live without their stinking credit card.

Wells Fargo Post-Scandal Promise 'Meaningless,' Warren Says

Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Monday blasted Wells Fargo Bank NA’s efforts to force arbitration on consumers bringing class allegations over scores of accounts opened without customer consent, saying the move shows the bank's post-scandal promise to treat customers better is “meaningless.”
