These sorry -BADWORD-s sold my mortgage and didn’t show the last 2 payment I made. So now the new company shows I haven’t made a payment since March 2019. The they don’t get this shit straightened out let me tell u I will sue the shit out of both them and the new servicer. This bank Is the sorriest -BADWORD- company I have ever dealt with in my life. They better get this shit straight!! I cannot tell u how bad I hate them.

Their treatment of smaller retirement investment clients is brutal. They only take you seriously if you have 500K or more in your account. They even go as far as to have the better representatives service the bigger accounts, while the average person gets stuck with trainees or the representatives that simply do not care. Yet we all pay the same fee percentage, regardless of size of account. Terrible company to have run your Company's retirement options.

Every time I try to buy gas with my WF debit card it declines and I have to call the fraud department. No happened 7 times in a row even after the fraud jerk says it is fix and will never happen again.

If it were their online banking, I would be history. If you are thinking about it, DO NOT JOIN WELLS FARGO.

WORST BANK ON EARTH!!!

I have a long story to tell regarding WellsFargo and their service and threatened foreclosure over 28,000. Sound like lots of money? The property was worth 600,000! They would not allow refinancing on this list an and threatened foreclosure. Demanding payment in full when they knew the value of the property. Their crooks!! Please please look into not financing anything you value with these crooks!!!

My son is a USMC officer and has a Wells Fargo checking and savings account with direct deposit. He has a 731 FICO score. Wells Fargo can't figure out how to issue him a credit card. Pathetic. I am ecouraging my son to close his account and go ANYWHERE else.

Wells Fargo is a disaster. RUN. RUN FAR AND FAST. My parents had an account with Wells Fargo for 40 years, long before it became Wells Fargo. Both parents have passed away and all of their assets are "paid on death" to me, the only heir. Despite having both original Wills and both original Death Certificates, the branch office would not freeze my dad's account, which had monthly withdrawals coming out of it. WF admits that I can't access these accounts because of a mistake in the paperwork on THEIR end, however it's up to ME to go to court and get it straightened out. Meanwhile, WF has been informed in writing that there is fraudulent activity on the account, the account holder is dead, and the banker STILL won't freeze the account. Back to Corporate. . . account frozen. The people at WF are -BADWORD-s. Apparently they can't get a job with any other bank because of their horrible customer service. Ultimately, I sat is that banker's office with the Customer Care Team on speakerphone and refused to leave until I got the information I needed. WF bankers are stupid, lazy, and liars.

I bought my house in 2008. I put $90,000 down. It was strongly suggested to leave in 11/2017. Of course I was paying on house and extra payments when possible. When I sold the house I walked away with $66,506. to get another home. I was in shock and they knew I was alone so they bullied me. I was having money trouble so I asked them for help. Wells Fargo said we are here to help you. They said to get papers together and started faxing what they wanted. They finally said we can't help you. They said to sell before they foreclose. The worst experience. They tripled my note from 6
$600. to $1500. Knowing I couldn't pay and deducting that from the back end. Dirty pool.

I’ve reached my limit. So about year ago I agreed to sign up with their draft protection program. I was told it was free and there was no overdraft fee as long as I redeposited the money within 24 hrs. K cool.
Well...a year later they decided to start charging 12.50 each overdraft. That’s fine I guess they just changed policies.
Well, I have automatic payments set up with insurance. So I had 50 bucks in my account and 16 bucks in my savings (I just had a baby I know I’m broke) as of Wednesday with no pending transactions. anyways insurance was set to take out money on a Friday. So, Wednesday I got paid and deposited my check for like 250 bucks and it said it was deposited. No pending or anything as it was before 2. Thursday, the next day I paid internet bill (60 bucks) and I had 135 after taxes. That transaction said pending (I checked) then Friday the money for insurance came out right?

Oh apparently so much more.
For some reason, my check suddenly was pending (when it wasn’t before) on Friday. Right before insurance took out. So they charged me overdraft for taking out the 16 from my savings. Okay then they somehow charged me overdraft for internet on Thursday. So Friday morning I see this and had plans to go to the bank and figure out why. I never made it and got ready to call customer service. I checked my account to make sure I wasn’t crazy and suddenly, the overdraft for insurance that was taken was separated in 3 SEPERATE TRANSACTIONS..One was for .90 another for .16 cents and the rest was the 16 dollars.
The internet overdraft was separated in 2 transactions. One for 36 bucks and another for 16 cents...how in the flying -BADWORD-. They charged me 12.50 for each transaction and I was in negative $80
The lady tried explaining it to me and I sincerely don’t know why or what happened. In the end she could only give me back for the internet overdraft for the internet and they have the other 37.50 that was from insurance overdraft.

Needless to say I turned off the overdraft and only use Wells Fargo for the savings account.
