Ok I was laidoff from my job, these scumbags from Wells Fargo think they are tough guys trying to harrass me everyday, the same douche bag calls me each month and we get in a long drawn out argument I keep telling him to come pick up this piece a shit car if they are not going to work with me.
I'm laid off, They ask where there money is and I tell them I needed to pay rent, the guy says next time you pay "WELLS FARGO", I said next time I'm going to come down there and kick your -BADWORD-.
Rude scum bag customer service reps, harrass people all the time, I asked them if they could defer a payment so I can catch up on bills to pay them off also and they said we can't defer payments to people on unemployment! WTF is with this shithole of a company? LOL
-BADWORD- soon as I find work I'm refinancing my car through anyone else, I don't care thesae people are disgusting, ignorants A-Holes.

2 reasons why I Wells Fargo "sucks".
1. They tried to offer me a harp 2 refinance at almost a point above competitor lenders (4.75% vs 3.9%) in July as well as charging me more at closing.
2. Wouldn't subordinate 2nd until I called and yelled at them.
Not stoked on WF.

I just found out there is a $15 fee for too much account activity..I was kind of ok with getting charged for using the no-fee ATM down the street, after all the ATM didn't charge me a fee like most do so their little fee for not using their ATM was.. sorta ok.. but charging me for too much account activity.. are you smoking crack?

Ive just been told I have to use my debit card 10 times a month or there will be a fee. What??? I'm broke as it is! I purposely do not use my debit card often because I like to SAVE money! I've been with them for 13 years... Which ends now.

i am traveler came here with Business Visa.(2008) after 2month went back to my country , now i came here after 4 year,i went to wells Fargo they said there is money nor my account.

Wells Fargo Bank has policies in palce that hold money in their bank much longer than other banks. The treat your money like it is theirs.
I wanted to close a small checking acoount that was may senile aunts' I met the "Store Manager" face to face and handed him the POA documents. My aunt is senile. He would not close the account on my word. He required a letter that was notarized.
I have hated this bank ever since I was trying to get my Mother's stock sold through them. They bounced me through hoop after hoop with the minimum of instruction and personal attention.

My account was at $0 and i had a $1 and a $9.95 charge i forgot about come in.
Wells fargo ended up charging me over $140 in over draft charges.
I'm leaving them and finding a credit union. big banks just show they don't care about anything but taking your money.

When subjected to ATM fees (because the nearest WF ATM is 20 miles away) I asked the Store Manager "Mr. Anthony J. Reid" if he could help. He assured me that if there was a charge/fee to contact him personally and he would take care of it. That was about a year ago. Now I have tried to call him 7 different times leaving voicemails to contact me and NO returned calls. Good customer service? When I speak to other employees at the Gastonia, NC branch, they claim he is there. Today marks the first full week that his voice mail message states he is on vacation - last Monday thru Tuesday. Hey Anthony, I know you are there, I know you check your voice mail...pretend you are not the important Store Manager for a moment and act like a company employee to help a customer!
