I will tell you a story will try to keep it short. We have lived in our home coming up on 13 years. In Nov 2015 my husband got laid off from the job he has had for 15 years. He was out of work for 17 months. However we diligently made every house payment for 15 months.Thankfully he found a job in month 17 at less pay of course. As soon as we had all need information we went to Wells Fargo and made arrangements to bring our mortgage current. They were great at working with us that time.In August 2018 we were unable to make our mortgage payment of 1200.00. We went to Wells Fargo immediately and entered into a repayment agreement, which raised our payments from 1200.00 to 1500.00 per month. It has been extremely hard for us to make those payment and be able to afford groceries for the next 2 weeks, but we have struggled and scrimped but kept up our end of the repayment agreement, we are getting ready to send the 3rd of 6 1500.00 payments. Which is making it extremely difficult to do Christmas for our 3 boys. But wells Fargo is not following the agreement, they have not credited any of our payment to our mortgage account. They told us that once we make the last 1500.00 payment everything will be credited to our account. Meanwhile we have no idea where the money is at. It also makes our mortage account delinquent which wells Fargo used to justify selling the servicing of our loan to another company that specializes in collecting delinquent accounts. It will also reflect delinquent payments on our credit. Reading the acknowledgment and agreement of the temporary repayment plan we entered into with wells Fargo item number 8 states "When the services, Wells Fargo, accepts and post a payment", it does not say they will hold any payment. We went into one of their offices to try and figure out what is going on but were told the account is closed so they can't give us any information. We feel the actions by Wells Fargo are retaliatory in nature due to the fact we disagreed with the disposition of an insurance check meant for repairs to our home. So as of today our roof is leaking badly in lots of places, part of the ceiling in master bathroom still hanging down (the 5 of us have developed coughs and runny noses for past month)can't be healthy to breath insulation being blown throughout the house, master bedroom ceiling came through ceiling and fan hanging dangerously above our bed, roof leaking in at least 6 other places, and garage has huge leak in ceiling. We don't understand how they can get away with these actions.

-BADWORD- Wells Fargo
stopped in for notary on a document
was asked for my license AND Wells Fargo debit card
asked why they wanted Wells Fargo card, she said no charge to (dollar whoop[ie) to customers, I said fine, here it is but do NOT go into my accounts, that is NOT necessary please, I just need a notary
she went into my accounts anyway and when I figured this out, I called her on it, she said it was policy - I stoop up and said very loudly, 'All I wanted was a NOTARY, who the hell gave you authority to snoop in my accounts, that was then barn fife started walking my way, I turned to him and said your going to need backup, he stopped dead in his tracks and panicked.
that is when the manager came over, I told him how pissed I was, grabbed my shit and walked out.

I reported my checkbook stolen and fraud checks on 9/12 to WF and it took them until today, 11-17 to close the account. They kept letting fraudulent checks flow through my account and made me file claim after claim after claim. I think WF intentionally defrauded me and only they benefited from these checks. I only had 416 in the account but they let over 5,000 pass through under my name and SSN. Kept telling me do not worry we will refund the money but the money was refunded to WF - This is some slick -BADWORD-!!!! Abusive and I plan to file a complaint with the Justice Department

I used to work there. Horrible suffocating environment. Was forced to submit phony forecasts. Was called a pu$$y for standing up for company policy by a slimy manager. Awful place. Never trust them.

Wells Fargo's greed caused it to steal from the United States of America's economy. The full details have been given to both the Federal Reserve Board & FBI.

Wells Fargo told on itself in both it's words & actions. Wells Fargo did this in the public eye. The internet has a record of it all.

Looks like Wells Fargo has discovered my insurance scam. So, I won't be able to continue my tirades anymore.

I had two commercial loans with WF that were nearing maturity. My efforts to re-finance were in my opinion artificially (and strategically) stalled out by WF until the 11th hour. As time was running out WF tried to force me to take non-competitive interest rates (over 1 percent higher than the competition). I guess they they thought I would be out of time and options and would have to sign. I told them no thanks and started working with another bank. WF threatened to foreclose on my properties and also threatened to damage my credit. Their strategy didn't work. I borrowed the money from a friend and paid of the WF loans. Then I re-financed a month or so later with a legitimate bank (over 1 percent lower). The takeaway story is they have cultivated a life-long critic in me and I make sure I never miss an opportunity to show my appreciation. Today the karma gods provided a golden opportunity to return the favor (hopefully not my last). I was recently placed on the board of directors for a large commercial property with significant assets. Imagine how satisfying it was for me to be able to direct their substantial assets away from WF and to a far more legitimate bank, one that is both professional and ethical. With their numerous scandals and unprincipled conduct they made it easy for me. I guarantee this won't be my last opportunity... the karma gods never forget.
