My card was eaten by a Wellsfargo ATM machine (although maintained by Garda Armored Services) at the Hamilton, NJ, NJTRANSIT train station. I had mistakenly put it in the wrong way. It accepted it finally and I attempted to take out $60. I did not get my money and the machine ate my card.
I reported it to Wellsfargo and took photos of the machine. When ask if they would like pictures of the machine showing that there was no warning sign that my card would be eaten, they replied it was irrelevant. I find that Wellsfargo is irrelevant and will not bank there anymore. |

Update on my horror story. I have spend three years, contacting people in government, making them aware of seven pages of TILA violations. Last person was Senator Feinstein. End result, zero. Everyone don't bother trying to get assistance from anyone, pass the buck is their motto. Feinstein contacted CFPB who just sent me a letter stating they contacted Wells Fargo. Duh, for real? Wells Fargo sent a letter full of lies, contradictions and denying the truth and CFPB believes them. It is unbelievable that bottom line is, banks support government and visa versa. Banks are above the law. Court system does not protect us, unless you have money. In Florida attorneys take the banks to court when there are violations of TILA. California could care less. |

Wells Fargo puts a $1500 spending limit on my card because the card has not been issued a year, I have been a customer since 2005....HUH? I called 800 customer service and they tell me to go to branch location and they can take that limit off, go to a Well Fargo location....OOOOOOOO No manager is working today....so we cant help you.....So thanks douche bags, My boyfriend and i are sleeping on the floor tonight since we could not purchase a mattress with OUR MONEY....total BS |

i owe wellsfargo 75000 in private student loans. i make 1200 a month. i have to pay them 750 a month. with that kind of payment ill be living with my mom til im 35. Ive triede erything to lower my payment so i can get a place to live with my fiancee. wellsfargo tells me that i cnt lower my payment because i dont make enough money to do so. how does that make sense!!!??? |

recentcly well fargo started charging 12.99 service fee on all accounts for doin nothing i never agree to this they say to bad so am takin them to small claims court rude a holes no class at all crooks |

My house foreclosed 06/07/2011, meaning Wells Fargo owns the property. In 05/2012 and 06/2012 the city issue 6 citations in the amount of $2900 to 'me', the non-owner because the property wasn't didn't meet city standards/liability...such as water issues and not boarded (not secured). I have 6 warrants out for my arrest. I contacted Wells Fargo and they agreed that its their issue and they would expedite this issue. They asked me to forward all my information to the 'Written Correspondence' depart who will handle this matter....which I did. Now its going on 2 months, the specialist 'Catherine' will not call me and Customer Service tells me each time I call, there isn't a Manager. Now my license are be threaten to be suspended. I have called over and over again, with no success. Customer Service states there isn't a contact number for Written Correspondence to talk to the specialist. However, I was able to leave a voicemail with the assigned specialist AND she still haven't called and/or emailed me. I called again today and Customer Service tells me there is nothing they can do and NOW the specialist 'Catherine Sonvers' doesn't exist. I hate Wells Fargo. I bought two cars and my house from them. My house went into foreclosure because the stupid person originally assigned to do my shortsale was either fired or quit. It was accepted, then I get a call from Wells Fargo telling me they lost all my documentation to start over....I had a buyer...but low and behold...the house was vandalized by some crackhead and that end up in $40,000 in damages...so no sale.
I could never get refinanced, modification denials...and even the Obama modification was denied. I will NEVER, NEVER do business with these -BADWORD-s again. To tell a customer there isn't a manager and/or higher level person working there to expedite an issue is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. I will have to pay a bondsman so my -BADWORD- won't to the jail and drive to Houston...to show the courts I didn't own the home. I'm going to let everyone I know about WELLS FARGO...DON'T GO.

My issue was not with the bank so much as their claim department the woman was rude and said if you gave them your depit card then they are allowed to charge on it even though I explained that the appoint was not scheduled for 12 days later and the appointment has been cancelled and they still did not issue a credit. I will will close my account with Wells Fargo. |

Was deceived into getting the home rebate card as I was told I could pay my mortgage with it. Sadly this is not the case. Why should I trust this bank for anything? |

I could go on and on but my experience in the last two weeks with Wells Fargo was so horrid and painful. Please people, walk away from this bank at all costs. They accused me of telling lies, and made me provide useless documentation knowing I was not approved. I have a perfect credit score, have never missed a payment and been a great customer for over 20 years with them. OUTRAGED. They lie. Then call you the liar. Walk way....... |

For the second time in 2 years they change an account to be not linked disallowing the free checking and then I get monthly service charges. My book keeper was unaware there should be no service charge so they continue until I get involved at tax time. Wells fargo says, again, that they don't know how or why but they will refund half of the charges. So for the 2nd year they trick me into half a years service fee's. I'm suspicious this is a business model of theirs, hoping customers don't catch it or when they do they will only give half their money back, and that's if the customer is insistent. |
