Just found out my mortgage tax rates went up - only 4 months behind - they never sent out a notice to inform us, but now I have 4 days to pay the balance or get charged a late fee. To top of this -BADWORD-, I call and say I'll pay over the phone, to which I was informed would be a $25 processing fee. Thieves!

This bank sucks, it always silently changes its rules and start charging fees.
I have been charged three months' service fee, each $10. The reason is that I did not increase monthly recurring from checking to saving from $75 to $100.
That really sucks, and they can not always waive those unreasonable charges, wellsfargo sucks!!

 This is something that you need to know, and corrective action needs to be taken:
Branch Manager Maricela Abdishou, at 555 W 18TH ST branch in Merced, California, along with her assistant manager and two other employees, claims to have super-human hearing.
In the process of clearing up a check-cashing fee dispute with this branch, Ms. Abdishou and two employees, including one rather muscular 6' 4" gentleman from the back of the branch, approached my son and I while seated in the lobby, and accused us of "making threatening statements" toward the bank. Supposedly included in the comments that we were supposed to have made, was one regarding "war on the bank". Ms. Abdishou then told us that we needed to "restrict our comments."
At NO TIME did either my son or myself make any such statement / comment. What we WERE in fact discussing, was THIS:

...along with the widely known fact that several major banks, INCLUDING Wells Fargo, are under scrutiny for foreclosures on active-duty military members while deployed overseas.

In the future, before Ms. Abdishou, Christopher, et. al. presume to finger point, make false accusations and abridge someone's right to free / protected speech on the basis of an ASSUMPTION of what they heard from clear across a lobby, they might wish to kindly verify their facts.

Wells Fargo VP Investors, Robert A. Maiocco, who is on the Medford (Massachusetts) City Council, had 3 complaints filed on him. Scary stuff. Council President Robert A. Maiocco faced a complaint filed against him on August 10, 2010. The complaint was for compensatory damages of 1.8 million dollars and was settled on February 14, 2012 for $312,470.36

This is the WORST bank I have ever heard of, they are all just a bunch of greedy corporate robots who don't care about people or their business! They just want your money!
I deposited my paycheck and they told me it would take one day for the money to be available. I have never had this problem before, and I was so confused! Well I had to write my check for the rent that same day. It tried to clear on the 6th and it wouldn't have been a problem because they said that the money would be available by then. The check was still pending and my rent heck bounced, because I had insufficient funds. The freaking money was there. Why do I even have to wait to use my money anyway?! Wells Fargo is -BADWORD-. No. Wells Fargo is worse than -BADWORD-. They are decietful liars and I hope they burn and die.

I have never seen a company who is not willing to work with people as much as Wells Fargo. I have had a lot of medical bills recently and had my hours cut at work. I called Wells Fargo to explain my situation why I was unable to make my payment on my car leased through Wells Fargo dealer Services the woman I talked to was very rude and snooty. She acted like that car loan was the only bill I had and I should have no problem paying it despite my financial hardship. I requested to be refinanced twice each time they turned me down. I then asked if the payments could be deferred for a while until I got back on my feet and they could not do that either. Also the harassing phone calls by Wells Fargo. They will bug you until they get their money even if you called them explaining your situation of why you cannot pay or are late. I have heard of people changing their phone number from the harassing calls from Wells Fargo. My advice is DONT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO. I would switch banks myself but I have credit card debt, student loan debt, and my car financed through them. I have told lots of my family and friends not to bank with them. They are the most evil company in America if not the world!

Wells Fargo hates small business. We banked at a local bank in Bastrop, Texas that was eventually consumed by Wells Fargo. Our original banker stayed there, therefore so did we. She has now gone part time and is rarely there. We have been at this branch for twenty years. Today I deposited a check for $293,000. They put a nine day hold on the check while smiling at me and not knowing my name. I asked for at least 10% to be released earlier so we could pay some of our vendors. They told me no, this was their policy and it could not be changed. That is a lie because our personal banker was able to accommodate similar requests in the past. The manager also told me that if we build a history of depositing checks like this, they would help me out. This same person has been telling this to me for a year and doesn't even realize she has told me this before. The next check will not be going to Wells Fargo. I can walk into a local bank and get better service on day one than I get from this place after twenty years. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO. They only care about large money and not community service.

everyone reading here needs to do this! ... you all know that expanding foam stuff?  go to all wells fargo ATM's and apply some of that via the plastic hose into the ATM slot..
enjoy wells dumbo! special deposit just for you!
and i will bet it cost a whole lot more to have that snot cleaned out than the charges that were wrongfully added to accounts!  be sure to put duct tape or plastic bag on your car tags when you do the drive thru..and do NOT look into the camera..

What a$$holes! I have been with this bank for over 10 years. I used a credit card to send Western Union money. The wire could not be made so Western Union put the funds back on my card. Wells Dumbo charged me 65 dollar cash advance fee. I wrote them twice, no way they can fix it. F I N E me and 5 ( FIVE ) other people quit using them, people I send money to often all pulled our accts...they lost 5 customers over 65 dollars that they were trying to heist. That is how smart they are.. STAY AWAY! BANKSTERS:0 Good Guys: WON/ONE
